Helen is a certified Dr Vodder Lymphoedema and Applied MLD Practitioner with 15 years experience. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Myotherapy) and a Diploma of Pilates and Movement Therapy.
Lymph Therapy is driven by one goal: to help you move freely, feel lighter, and heal with confidence — with care that’s grounded in proven science. Located in Melbourne's south east, Lymph Therapy offers Manual Lymph Drainage, Dermo Taping, Compression Therapy and Pilates.
