Samila is a Remedial Massage therapist based in Austinmer, located in the Illawarra region of New South Wales, near Sydney.

Her background in health services began with a degree in Physiotherapy, which she obtained from the University of Roma "La Sapienza" in 2015. Since then, she has worked in various settings, including public health service hospitals, private clinics, and home rehabilitation facilities. Her primary areas of specialisation include TMJ disorders, Craniofacial pain, Migraine and neck pain, TMJ rehabilitation, pediatric physiotherapy, women's health physiotherapy, and home health service care and rehabilitation.

In 2019, she relocated to Sydney and pursued further studies in Remedial Massage therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, and Myofascial release. She also deepened her knowledge and treatment skills in Pregnancy and Postnatal bodywork, with a particular focus on scar tissue treatments, post c-section, and birth. She collaborates with local pelvic floor physiotherapists, acupuncturists, and the midwifery group practice at the Wollongong Hospital.

Samila is highly skilled in NeuroMuscular Taping and often incorporates it as a therapeutic treatment choice in all areas of her work.

Kim is a Remedial Massage Therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience in private practice. She is a Certified Lymphoedema Therapist and Dr Vodder Schools International Practical Instructor Level 1.

Her clinic is in the beautiful Adelaide Hills in South Australia where she offers massage, lymphatic drainage and NeuroMuscular Taping.

Caroline is a qualified remedial and oncology massage therapist as well as a current practicing medical imaging technologist with a special interest in breast imaging (Mammography)

She has completed Dr Vodder Level 1&2 in Applied MLD and Combined Decongestive Therapy and Oncology Massage OM1&2 (Oncology Massage Training Ltd), and now Neuromuscular Taping techniques will be incorporated into her treatment plans.

Carolines clinic is based in Mt Eliza on the Mornington Peninsula, her principal focus is supporting her clients with post breast cancer and reconstructive breast surgery care treatment therapies.

I’ve been a qualified Lymphatic Drainage Therapist and Remedial Massage since 2001. Undertaking training in CranioSacral Therapy (Upledger Institute) has helped me discover my passion of using bodywork therapies that facilitate in nudging the body to use its own self healing abilities. Adding to this is visceral and neural manipulation (Barral Institute) and Lymph Drainage (Chikly Institute); all of which tap into the deep structures of the body unravelling tension by using quick and efficient techniques.

I look at the body as a whole picture. Understanding that the many connective tissue (fascia) layers of the body intertwines with nerves, lymph and blood vessels, and internal organs. Pressure on any of these structures can quite easily cause referral pain and body movement limitations to absolutely any area of the body. So by not just focusing on the tight muscles but also working with the lymphatic (immune), viscera (internal organs), neural, vascular and central nervous systems can produce a whole Body In Tune!

Jessie is the founder of The CALMM and a registered remedial massage therapist with over ten years of experience in bodywork and holistic health.

Her treatments combine remedial massage with techniques such as acupressure, lymphatic therapy, dry needling, cupping and energy work, with a strong focus on regulating the nervous system and restoring flow within the body. Jessie specialises in digestive health, chronic inflammation, and lymphatic support through fascial and lymphatic techniques.

Jessie is also the creator of the Dynamic Lymph Detox Method, a practitioner training designed to teach therapists how to work with the lymphatic system, fascia, and breath to support detoxification and long-term wellbeing.
